ABOUT ME
I started TWC Group in 2007 with a genuine passion for building and construction with the view of helping clients through their property development and construction projects. With a career beginning in 1999, I now have over 21 years experience in the building surveying, property development and inspection profession and have worked on some of Melbourne's tallest and most complex buildings, as well as helping families through their important home extensions.

Registered with the Victorian Building Authority as a Building Surveyor and Inspector, as well as being accredited to assess any performance based design, TWC Group are perfectly positioned to help with your next project.

Bianca Dale
Having studied as an interior designer and with a background as a Personal Assistant to the CEO's of some of Melbourne's largest construction companies, I joined TWC to provide technical and administration support.
In 2019 I returned to study part time an enrolled in an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying.

Cantley - Smith
I started with TWC in 2019, and with diverse experience in numerous trades I bring a strong passion for the industry. I decided to take up building surveying as a profession and I am currently studying for my Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying.
Sonia McPherson
Having run 2 successful businesses in the past and most recently within the construction industry has allowed me to gain valuable experience in office administration. I joined TWC in 2019 to assist with office and administrative support and client services.
